Restaurant Style Beef Chilli
INGREDIENTS

1 Medium onion, slice cut

50-60 g Almond Meal for marination

2 garlic cloves, minced

5 tbsp olive oil for frying

250 g diced beef in small cubes (Cut into thin slices)

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp hot chili flakes

3 Tbsp tomato puree
-
2 red chilies, de-seeded and chopped

2 Green chilies
-
1 medium chopped tomato
-
1 tsp Soy sauce
-
1 tsp hot chili sauce
-
1 Tbsp Lemon juice

finely chopped red and green chill and lime wedges serve with Cauliflower rice or as desired.
Instructions:

Add almond meal, 1 well beaten egg, salt, white pepper and paprika in thin cut, beef slices for marination. Mix well and set aside for 15 mins.

Heat a little oil in a large deep frying pan or heatproof dish over medium high. Add the marinated beef and cook 5-6 mins or until browned

Return all the meat to the pan. Add the onion, chili and paprika and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add the tomato. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 10 mins, stirring regularly.

Add soy sauce and hot chili sauce. Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the meat is tender.

Garnish with red and green chilies and serve
