Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled and divided in half
  • 1/4 cup green onion diced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

Garnish:

  • Green onions diced

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl until fluffy.
  2. Add in ranch mix, green onion, shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese dried cranberries and 1/2 cup of the bacon crumbles. Stir with a spatula to combine.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into a ball.
  4. Roll the ball into the remaining 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve with cheese crackers and crunchy vegetables.
